Kreativna Luka d.o.o. was launched in 2025 in Split, Croatia by Wesley Dean. Before starting the company in Croatia, Wesley worked through InterMotion Media, LLC, based in Alexandria, Virginia in the United States.

He first moved to Split in 2022 as a digital nomad. For several years he continued working remotely while his client base remained in the US. Over time, he noticed that Croatia had many talented people working in marketing and video production, but very few who specialized in creating online courses or educational video content.

After more than a decade in the Washington DC area, producing content for government organizations, nonprofits, and educational institutions, Wesley realized he had a unique skill set that could benefit Croatia and the wider region. This led to the launch of Kreativna Luka, which means “Creative Harbor,” with a clear focus on producing high quality online courses and educational video projects.

The work samples below include a mix of courses produced outside Croatia through InterMotion Media, along with the Croatian course on Multiple Sclerosis, which was the first project produced fully through Kreativna Luka d.o.o.
