The Collaborative for Inclusive Education
Professional Development Video Series for New York Educators
To give students the support they need, teachers must continue learning and growing too. The Collaborative for Inclusive Education, an initiative of the New York City Charter School Center, wanted to expand its library of on-demand professional development videos so teachers could access training anytime they needed help with a specific topic.
They already offer live workshops, but many educators want online PD training they can revisit at their own pace. This project was designed to make high-quality teacher training videos easily available to schools across New York.
Our role in the project
The Collaborative developed the scripts, learning objectives, and slide presentations. Our role was to turn their curriculum into clear and engaging educational video content that teachers could trust.
We partnered with their team to produce a series of PD On Demand videos that support inclusive education practices and strengthen classroom outcomes.
On-Location Filming in New York City
Filmed presenters and subject matter experts at their NYC office

Created a consistent visual style suitable for instructional video production
Post-Production and Editing
Combined slides, scripts, and recorded segments into polished courses
Added transitions, graphics, and pacing to support online learning
